MOTIVATION
Every church aims to have their congregation grow in mature intimacy with God. We understand how worship through music facilitates greater growth in prayer and spiritual maturity.

BUT there always seems to be a lack in good musicianship!
-
Do you watch Hillsong Australia and wish that your worship team had the same skill and anointing?
-
Have you been praying for leadership in your worship team to take the team to new heights?
The Hosanna Worship Academy might be the answer!

The candidate will determine to build relationships with church leadership and your team musically, spiritually and to fellowship.

If the candidate is not experienced enough to join the team on a Sunday, the weekly rehearsal will still be very beneficial through observational learning but it is the candidate’s prerogative to also ask the team leader for all rehearsal preparatory material, e.g. tracks and sheet music that assist the team towards learning and have a goal.

Monthly Reports: The church board/parent/sponsor will be informed of the candidate’s practical progress by the supply of monthly reports sent to the relevant person. It is the candidate’s responsibility to supply Hosanna with a name, number and an e-mail address of the person who will collaborate this progress.
-
Termination: We expect that all candidates have a high measure of personal discipline and focus and that sponsors select those sponsored wisely. The candidate may forfeit further tuition without fee refund if practical progress is not shown within reasonable time. Disciplinary measures, trial periods, and warning notices will be supplied by Hosanna should there be reason for concern, upon which Hosanna and the sponsor will agree upon final outcome.
-
Commitment: If your church is sponsoring the candidate, it is with the understanding that the candidate will serve at his home church for an agreed time. It is the responsibility of the candidate to agree with church leadership what the minimal weekly service hours will be and what the boundaries and expectations will be.
-
It is the candidate’s responsibility to grow in relationship towards church leadership and the worship team and to investigate the necessity of a mentoring agreement between the sponsored and the church.
