Principal

Hi, I am Lynn Beech, founder of Hosanna Creative Arts since 1990.

My first music training facility was from my home in Progress Road, Roodepoort on the West Rand, teaching singing, piano and guitar.

Music has always been my passion as I grew up in a musical family. The legacy of music passed down to me from my mother, the grand soloist Gloria van Vuuren.

Music is important in the community as it develops culture, unity, creativity, vision, accomplishment and has emotional and psychological benefits.

I also believe one should enjoy lessons and have fun with your teacher and fellow musicians.

A Special Focus on Church Musicians:

Many churches have Praise and Worship Teams and so one of Hosanna’s main goals is to equip and raise up excellent musicians for the body of Christ.

Development History:

The need for professional music lessons was so great, I started employing more teachers, expanding music school’s goal and vision.  Teachers of Hosanna therefore aim to provide steady progress by means of training up students in excellence for preparations towards international examinations, national Eisteddfod and presenting high quality concerts.

From starting out in Lynn’s garage in 1990, the school has grown consistently to having music productions twice a year at large local venues. Students’ steady musical progress can be enjoyed at these events by friends and family and local community.
